The base camp

Base camp

L'Ours Bleu is built to be a starting point as much as a place to come back to. Leave early, get back late, enjoy the lake between two outings, and find a comfortable room waiting at the end of the day.

For families, friends or small groups, you can also book all of L'Ours Bleu. A simple way to share the place while everyone keeps their own room or suite.

The territory

Territory

In Lac-Saguay, the outdoors starts more or less at the door. L'Ours Bleu sits right on the lake, less than 500 metres from Le P'tit Train du Nord.

By bike

Le P'tit Train du Nord runs close by, at km 162.8. Whether you're riding a few kilometres through the Hautes-Laurentides or doing the whole route, it's a natural place to put the bike down, enjoy the lake and get a real night's sleep before heading out again.

By snowmobile

In winter, Le P'tit Train du Nord becomes trail #63. From Lac-Saguay, it opens onto the whole snowmobile network of the Hautes-Laurentides. Pull in, park the machine, settle in where it's warm, and head back out the next morning.

Around L'Ours Bleu

Beach, tennis and pickleball in Lac-Saguay, Réservoir Kiamika, Montagne du Diable, hiking, ATV trails and wide-open country: the base camp is well placed to see the region at your own pace.
